 Hardware, Software & Communications Support is available to customers from a single computer system, to larger multi-system, multi-location sites.

Telephone Support plus remote connection is available 24 hrs a day, 7 seven a week if required.

On-site support is usually within one working day, typically 1-4 hrs for emergency calls.

We maintain computer spare parts in our company workshop to minimise the customerís computer down-time.

Services Available:

Telephone Support:

 A quarterly or annual fee is charged for unlimited telephone support. This fee is based on the size of the computer installation being supported, and excludes dial-in, onsite & workshop support. This service is provided to assist customers with minor day to day computer issues that can be quickly resolved via a telephone call.

 Hardware Support:

Repairs & Upgrades to computer & communications equipment can be provided on-site or in our purpose built computer workshop. We specialise in the supply of 'commercial' grade spare parts to ensure high reliability for our customers.

Software Support:

Operating systems (DOS, Windows, Unix  & Netware) plus Networking support can be provided either on-site or via remote dial-in facilities. Our staff currently support several "multi" server, "multi" location sites, some with a mix of different operating systems.
